EWTN interviews Cardinal Burke -- color me not impressed

EWTN interviews Cardinal Burke -- color me not impressed

Cristopher Ferrara at the Remnant brought this to my attention -- "Outstanding EWTN Interview".

LINK

Normally, I would say "bravo!" to EWTN. These are not normal times.

I don't want it to appear that I am criticizing Cardinal Burke. I'm not... at least not at this time.... I am withholding judgment and waiting to see if his words which are harshly critical of Cardinal Kasper will be followed up by any meaningful action... will they bear fruit?

As for EWTN and the Pee Wee Herman look-a-like that anchors their weekly "news" show, I have seen enough of their "conservative Catholic" act in the past to not be fooled by this weak attempt at putting up a show of resistance...

I am reminded of Cardinal Dolan's pathetic performance "in defense of" the Catholic Truth regarding the grave sin of sodomy...

LINK

As I stated back then, this is a case of too-little-too-late....

Can't EWTN promote the Catholic teaching on divorced and "re-married" themselves? (Try searching your own website...)

Why do they need to sneakily hide behind Cardinal Burke?

So that they can claim "we didn't criticize Kasper [and his capo don bergoglio] we just quoted Cardinal Burke".... ?

And if Cardinal Burke had not spoken out, was the plan to remain silent?

Answer: YES... most emphatically!

Soldiers of Christ? The Church Militant?

... those words do not describe EWTN.

Sorry, these are not ordinary times. We need those who claim to speak out for the Church to be courageous and holy.

We need to follow the examples of the saints. Surely, EWTN knows this since they have whole various series of programs on this topic.

How about putting this into practice...

Don bergoglio speaks softly and carries a big baseball bat

Don bergoglio speaks softly and carries a big baseball bat

... to crack open bishop's skulls when they step out of line with bergoglio's gay mafia.

bergolio's role model of a "humble" and "merciful" papacy seems to be Al Capone or perhaps some fascist dictator like Peron or Mussolini.

When he's not busy bashing bishop's skulls, bergoglio keeps himself occupied with uttering heretical statements and making sure that anyone who attempts to challenge him is effectively silenced...

Viva il capo di tutti capi bergoglio!

From Rorate Caeli -- "Pope unexpectedly names 6 liberals, including Wuerl, to draft [synod] report"

[bergoglio] personally appointed ad hoc, and without prior announcement on this before the synod, six other prelates for the composition of the final report (the "Relatio Synodi"), all known as strong liberals: Cardinals Ravasi and Wuerl, Abps. Victor Manuel Fernández, Aguiar Retes, and Bp. Peter Kang, and the Superior General of the Society of Jesus Fr. Adolfo Nicolás Pachon.

NOTE: Superior General of the Society of Jesus Fr. Adolfo Nicolás Pachon is the one who recently said that bergoglio's synod is completing the work of Vatican II.

The modernists rats come out in the bergoglian twilight

The modernists rats come out in the bergoglian twilight

It's appropriate that halloween is approaching, because the synod (on sex) seems to be a time for many of the Church's bishops to don the costumes of their favorite ghoulish characters.

All of the sudden we have bishop after bishop "coming out of the closet" and telling us what they REALLY think about Church teaching and tradition -- even some of the post-Vatican II teaching of JPII and Paul VI.

Prior to the takeover of the papal office by don bergoglio such heretical thoughts would never have been uttered in public, but now it is the season of open abomination.... as opposed to the covert abomination which mostly consisted of remaining silent while Church teaching was being challenged and trampled upon.

How long this dark bergoglian imposed night will last no one knows... only God knows.

While it lasts we can hear the ghoulish howls and screams of the bishops seemingly gone mad in the distance and fast approaching....

St. Michael the Archangel,
defend us in battle.
Be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the Devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray,
and do thou,
O Prince of the heavenly hosts,
by the power of God,
thrust into hell Satan,
and all the evil spirits,
who prowl about the world
seeking the ruin of souls.
Amen.

"Msgr Pope On Denying Holy Communion To Those In De Facto Adulterous Situations"

LINK

Please read the article above by Restore-DC-Catholicism in order to better understand the current situation in the archdiocese of Washington, D.C. They also have posted a full copy of Msgr. Pope's article in the event that it is removed from the website of the archdiocese.

Thanks be to God that there are at least some priests, bishops and cardinals speaking out against bergoglio's maniacal plans to "re-form" the Church -- the bergoglian reformation?

Time will tell how these words will be translated into action...

Excerpts from Msgr. Charles Pope's article.

"Musings and Concerns on the Synod"

LINK

Pope Francis himself has largely encouraged this [ (lío) cardinals and bishops with very different points of view airing those differences quite publicly]. It is more typical at synods for the sparring and debates to take place more privately, and press conferences usually just issue summaries of things discussed. Time will tell of the wisdom (or lack thereof) of such public airings, but if the permission for frank discussion may extend to a lowly parish priest....

I realize that some people are in difficult and complex situations, but I cannot simply overrule the Lord or what He said to St. Paul. At the end of the day there is a choice for those who desperately seek Communion but are in second unions. That choice is celibacy. I realize that this is difficult and some conclude that this would be unjust to the second “spouse.” But it is ultimately their choice, not mine. I am respectful of the fact that some do not think they can reasonably choose to live celibately in their second union. However, it is not fair to say that just because other avenues have been exhausted, those in these situations have absolutely no choice. They do. It is difficult, but it is their choice to make.

Pro-sodomites applaud bergoglio's 'first step'

Pro-sodomites applaud bergoglio's 'first step'

“I think what we’re seeing is a crack in the ice that we have been waiting for, for a very long time,” Francis DeBernardo, executive director of New Ways Ministry, a ['c']atholic [pro-sodomy] group, told the Associated Press. “It’s a sign of a first step.”

=====

If this pro-sodomy synod is only the "first step" then what is the next step... and the next step... and the next step.... ?

In what direction is bergoglio leading the Church? I'll give you a hint. It starts with 'h' and ends with "ell".

Sodomy is satanic. That's all there is to it.

There has never been any doubt in Church teaching... there has never been any doubt in scripture.

And hasn't the Church already taken MANY steps in accepting those who obstinately refuse to terminate their sodomite practices?

And yet the pro-sodomites insist that bergoglio's pro-sodomite synod on sex is only the FIRST step.

IMO it is time for the Church to abandon the policy of appeasement of pro-sodomites -- clearly this policy has been a disaster for the Church.

It's time to return to authentic Catholic teaching and give pro-sodomites (and lesbians) two options -- either repent and sin no more or be ex-communicated from the Church.... and that includes priests, bishops, nuns, archbishops, cardinals.... and even popes.

That would be a good first and final step for the Church. A step back... to restore all things in Christ.

Of course we knew that bergoglio's synod on sex is really the much sought after -- by the Church modernists -- Vatican III.... bergoglio pretty much told us himself that this was his mission... to complete the work of Vatican II...

... and yet it is still shocking to hear it declared openly and defiantly -- in defiance of God.

Sing joyfully to God, all the earth

Sing joyfully to God, all the earth

Book Of Psalms -- Psalm 99

Jubilate Deo. All are invited to rejoice in God the creator of all.

[1] A psalm of praise. [2] Sing joyfully to God, all the earth: serve ye the Lord with gladness. Come in before his presence with exceeding great joy. [3] Know ye that the Lord he is God: he made us, and not we ourselves. We are his people and the sheep of his pasture. [4] Go ye into his gates with praise, into his courts with hymns: and give glory to him. Praise ye his name: [5] For the Lord is sweet, his mercy endureth for ever, and his truth to generation and generation.

The following video analyzes the text of the document Sacrosanctum Concilium from Vatican II with respect to the music for the Liturgy of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.

¨Sacrosanctum Concilium on Sacred Music - a talk by Dom Cassian Folosm¨

http://youtu.be/Wo1ES11Sr9M

Note how the very conservative text has been corrupted in "praxis" (without changing Church dogma) through the abuses of the post Vatican II Church by evoking the ¨spirit¨ of VII rather than adhering strictily to the texts -- exploiting even the slightest ambiguity in order to create a rupture with Catholic tradition so as to bring the Church in line with the "modern" humanist/atheistic world.

Let this be a warning with regards to the present synod. Perhaps the bishops of the Church of the early 1960s could claim that they had no idea of the consequences of the demonic forces which they unleashed upon the Church through the "pastoral" language of Vatican II.

However, with 50 years of hindsight at our disposal it is inconceivable that our bishops could be so "naive" as to "unknowingly" repeat this same mistake with respect to the Church's teachings on morality.

Woe to that shepherd that leads Christ's flock into perdition.
