bergoglio joke of the day

bergoglio joke of the day

bergoglio's top ten reasons why Pope Paul VI should be beatified.

1. Why not?
2. He was a pope right, that counts. No?
3. It would look bad if John XXIII and JPII are saints and Paul VI isn't even beatified. Eh?
4. Because I said so. I'm the pope right? Yes?
5. He was on the cover of Time magazine 3 times. OK, one of them was for Humanae Vitae, but we'll let that slide, No?
6. What? Do you think I should beatify Benedict XVI instead? That's a joke. I'm so funny. Eh?
7. He's already been dead nearly 40 years. Isn't there something in Canon law about that? No? There will be soon. Eh?
8. He didn't totally destroy the Church. That's a miracle, right? Am I right? Yes?
9. That's ten right? No? Boy this is tough, eh? No? Yes?

~~~
bergoglio never mentioned Vatican II as one of the reasons
Right, because Paul VI is being beatified for his personal virtues not for Vatican II
Oh right, like John XXIII and JPII
Exactly
So Vatican II is not important?
Not exactly
I'm confused
Actually it's not confusing at all
Explain please
Well before he gets beatified everyone says its not because of Vatican II... and then after he gets beatified everyone will change their mind and say it IS because of Vatican II
I don't get it .... I'm still confused .... too much "pastoral language" .... oops, I think I just stepped on something "pastoral" ...
I think you do get it .... you just don't want to admit it ....
Let me know when it's safe to pull my head out of the sand ....
Reflections on Los Cristeros
Call Me Jorge has posted a video on his website of Los Cristeros.
=====
Dear CMJ,
Thank you for posting this video documentary of los  Cristeros.
I've heard of los Cristeros and know about blessed Father Miguel Pro, but this documentary gave me a different understanding by providing the direct testimony of some of the actual men who took up arms to defend Christianity in Mexico under the title of Los Cristeros and with the protection of Cristo Rey and La Virgen de Guadalupe.
I say "men" but these were boys of 16 or 17 years of age at the time. It is always the young men that go to fight and die in the wars that the old men start.
The testimony of these now old men reflecting upon a time in their youth when they answered the call to defend their Christian faith shows a simple understanding of what they were fighting for.
They do not present elaborate theological or political arguments -- they fought for Cristo Rey and La Virgen de Guadalupe under the protection of the same. They all agree.
They don't claim to be heroes and they attest that the bravery they displayed in battle was a gift from God -- not some innate personal quality.
They speak of their friends and companions who did not survive the battles. Some were captured as prisoners and executed -- their bodies mutilated. Some were tortured prior to their execution.
They speak of their dead companions so matter of factly that one has no doubt that they were ready and willing to accept the same fate -- although they never boast of this. In this way they display their true Christian humility -- without ever mentioning it or attempting to bring it to our attention. And yet we cannot help but notice it and be impressed and moved.
They are the survivors -- and not just survivors but victors. And also  the ones that God chose to live to tell the story... to bear witness.
They speak of those days as glorious days although they never use that word. They speak instead of being blessed.
They speak of insurmountable odds that were overcome. They speak of bullets that rained down like hail and yet miraculously they are still alive today.
They do not use the word miracle, but certainly they convey that sense. They attribute their victories to Cristo Rey and la Virgen de Guadalupe. They take none of the credit.
They do not speak boastfully, but matter of factly of miracles, sacrifices and glory on the battlefield.
They do not have "survivors guilt". They are rightly proud of being able to play their part -- the part that God desired of them. They are equally proud of those that sacrificed their lives.
+ + +
May God grant us the virtues to be worthy to be His humble servants. Amen.
+ + +
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us that we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ. Amen.
bergoglio joke of the day
bergoglio joke of the day
bergoglio and kasper were watching the charity soccer match when bergoglio turned to kasper and said
my dear kasper... i'm bored it is almost half-time and still the score is 0-0... i was thinking... maybe we should abolish the offsides rule for the second half...
kasper stared at bergoglio in disbelief and replied
my dear bergoglio... have you no shame?.... some things are sacred! and cannot be changed!
~ ~ ~
does anyone know who won the match?
no because it never finished
why not?
the half-time show was a circus... with kasper as the ringmaster and bergoglio as one of the clowns... bergoglio accidentally let the lions loose and they ate all the christian soccer players...
and so they canceled the rest of the game
no they were going to continue playing but just at that moment an earthquake struck and the stadium collapsed and instantly killed half the people in the stands
and so they canceled the rest of the game
no and then bergoglio said that in order to make the game more exciting for the world-wide television audience and in order to boost the ratings they should cancel the offsides rule for the second half
and then what
and then the players refused and went on strike
and so they canceled the rest of the game
yes
pity
about the lions eating the christians?
no i was thinking it would be a good idea to cancel the offside rule...
... but what about tradition?
oh yeah, you're right... did you get any autographs of the soccer stars?
no i lost my pen during the earthquake
bummer
yeah, bummer
bergoglio's guilty mind accuses Christ
bergoglio's guilty mind accuses Christ
In the mind of bergoglio the Catholic Church is guilty of all the sins throughout history. From the first sin of Adam against God.... to the first sin of Adam's descendants committed by Cain against Abel his brother.... to every sin since then.
This is expressed in his endless apologies to protestants, jews, muslims, atheists, etc.
I have written about this previously with respect to bergoglio's speech/prayer during his visit to the State of Israel in which he effectively said "the blood of the jewish people is on the heads of all Catholics and their descendants until the end of time."
LINK
But this is not all. It is not just the Catholic Church that bergoglio condemns in perpetuo.
(IMO)The real target of his condemnation is Christ himself.
The subtle subconscious message that bergoglio conveys with his repeated condemnation of the Church is that Christ by "falsely" proclaiming Himself to be God commits the greatest sin of all time.
The sub-message that bergoglio conveys is that Christ is NOT the Messiah. And that Christ is NOT the Son of God.
This is beyond heretical... this is blasphemous! This is the denial of the very foundations of Christianity. This is a denial of the Trinitarian God.... and substituting instead a false jewish/muslim/masonic anti-God.
(IMO)In the guilty mind of bergoglio Christ is simply a "prophet"... one of many.
Who can deny that this is at the heart of bergoglio's false and anti-Catholic theology?
Let the man speak for himself. Here are the words spoken by bergoglio at Lampedusa.
[my comments are inserted below]
http://www.news.va/en/news/pope-on-lampedusa-the-globalization-of-indifferenc
"Adam, where are you?” [By "Adam" bergoglio is referring to the New Adam -- Jesus Christ] This is the first question that God addresses to man after sin. “Where are you Adam?” Adam is disoriented and has lost his place in creation because he thought to become powerful, to dominate everything, to be God. [bergoglio is saying that Jesus Christ is NOT God. he is denying the Trinity.] And harmony was broken, the man erred – and this is repeated even in relations with his neighbour, who is no longer a brother to be loved, but simply someone who disturbs my life, my well-being. And God puts the second question: “Cain, where is your brother?” [Cain murders Abel. To bergoglio Abel represents the other religions (our "brothers") but especially the jews -- "our eldest brothers".] The dream of being powerful, of being as great as God, even of being God, [the "error" of Christ according to bergoglio -- the "prophet" falsely declared himself to be the Son of God.] leads to a chain of errors that is a chain of death, leads to shedding the blood of the brother! [and therefoe the Catholic Church needs to endlessly apologize for this "chain of errors"]
.....
"Where is your brother?” the voice of his blood cries even to me ["me" meaning the Pope -- the Vicar of Christ -- and by extension to the whole Catholic Church], God says. This is not a question addressed to others: it is a question addressed to me, to you, to each one of us. ["each one of us" meaning especially each Catholic throughout history including (especially?) the Saints.] These our brothers and sisters seek to leave difficult situations in order to find a little serenity and peace, they seek a better place for themselves and for their families – but they found death. [he is saying that the Church has been "hypocritical", etc. the usual liberal accusations against the Church. Notice also bergoglio's obsession with worldly "peace" and worldy "death" instead of the Peace of Christ and the life (or death) everafter.] How many times to those who seek this not find understanding, do not find welcome, do not find solidarity! ["solidarity" -- his marxism shines through] And their voices rise up even to God! [which "God"? the masonic "God"? the jewish "God"? the muslim "God"?] And once more to you, the residents of Lampedusa, thank you for your solidarity! I recently heard one of these brothers. Before arriving here, he had passed through the hands of traffickers, those who exploit the poverty of others; these people for whom the poverty of others is a source of income. What they have suffered! And some have been unable to arrive! ["poverty" -- he reduces the message of the Gospel to a mundane/marxist one. As if Christ is only a "prophet" -- and not even a very important one.... just one of many. The special message of this "minor prophet" is to help the poor in the gospel according to bergoglio.]
.....
Who is responsible for the blood of these brothers and sisters? [hint, hint, it is the Catholic Church of course!] No one! We all respond this way: not me, it has nothing to do with me, there are others, certainly not me. [bergoglio is ridiculing his perceived view of the pre-Vatican II Catholic Church -- a bunch of religious "hypocrites"] But God asks each one of us: “Where is the blood of your brother that cries out to me?” Today no one in the world feels responsible for this; we have lost the sense of fraternal responsibility; we have fallen into the hypocritical attitude of the priest and of the servant of the altar [the priest of course represents the Catholic Church to bergoglio. Actually in the Gospel it was a jewish priest but adding that detail might spoil bergoglio's story. ] that Jesus speaks about in the parable of the Good Samaritan: We look upon the brother half dead by the roadside, perhaps we think “poor guy,” and we continue on our way, it’s none of our business; and we feel fine with this. [Here he is ridiculing the traditional Catholic. Even on a mundane level this is a false accusation because no one has done more for the poor historically than the Catholic Church.] We feel at peace with this, we feel fine! The culture of well-being, that makes us think of ourselves, that makes us insensitive to the cries of others, that makes us live in soap bubbles, that are beautiful but are nothing [he is saying we should not have beautiful churches that glorify God. instead we should have drab ugly churches. Shouldn't our churches be temples and houses of God?], are illusions of futility, of the transient, that brings indifference to others, that brings even the globalization of indifference. In this world of globalization we have fallen into a globalization of indifference. We are accustomed to the suffering of others, it doesn’t concern us, it’s none of our business. ["us" meaning the Catholic Church. bergoglio proposes a different "globalization".... a new world order.... the de-thronement of Christ.... a marxist/atheist utopia.... based on human needs.... the Church of Man!]
+ + +
PENANCE!
Say a prayer for this pope.
An Our Father.
An Ave Maria.
Say a prayer for the Holy Catholic Church.
Say a prayer for the world. For all of us. We are all sinners and we have all had a role to play in the de-throning of Christ.
It will take all of us praying together asking for the help of Almighty God to begin to reverse the spiral of decline into a state of total depravity.
God help us! Hear our cries!
OUR LADY OF FATIMA, pray for us.
Sedevacantism is a question
Sedevacantism is a question
Sedevcantism is a question not an answer.
The question:
Is the chair empty?
The answer is NOT:
The chair is empty.
This false answer raises many many more questions. It answers none.
The question "Is the chair empty?" is our Cross to bear in the post Vatican II Church.
To give the answer "the chair is empty" is to reject this Cross.
The answer as always is that God only knows. We must submit to the will of God and accept His yoke.
Am I a sedevacantist?
Yes, because I ask myself "is the chair empty?"
bergoglio's plot to kill the Curia -- part III
bergoglio's plot to kill the Curia -- part III
Below are some articles that repeat the agreed upon "cover story" on how bergoglio was "elected" pope. The original source of this "cover story" seems to be an article in the Vatican Insider by Giacomo Galeazzi titled "Scola betrayed by the Italians from the very first vote".
LINK
IMO this "cover story" has been put into place in order to distract attention from what really happened.
What really happened? We don't know.
... but allow me to speculate...
Specualtion 1. Ratzinger (the former Pope Benedict XVI) was "forced out"... or was "persuaded" that it would be a good idea for him to "retire" -- an unprecedented act.
Speculation 2. Ratzinger intended that his successor would continue the "soft-line" modernist approach followed by the JPII/Ratzinger dynasty.
Speculation 3. Ratzinger thought he had the votes lined up to have Cardinal Scola "elected" pope. (From what I can tell Scola is similar in ideology to JPII and Ratzinger.)
Speculation 4. Ratzinger was counting on the Italian Cardinals to vote as a bloc in favor of Scola.
Speculation 5. The Italian Cardinals were "forced" to abandon Scola -- or shall we say they were "persuaded" through the use of threats that it would be "in their own best interests"... as in "a deal you can't refuse"...
This seems like a lot of speculation, but at least it fits the facts and makes some logical sense.
What doesn't make logical sense is that the Italian Cardinals would abandon Scola knowing that this would lead to the election of an anti-Curia and an anti-Italian pope.
The "cover story" suggests that this happened because two of the most powerful and savvy Italian Cardinals -- Tarcisio Bertone and Angelo Sodano -- could not come to an agreement and that they therefore unintentionally sabotaged their own cause. In other words they "bungled it".
I'm highly suspicious of this "cover story" for many reasons.
1. How do journalists "know" this? Isn't this just speculation presented as facts?
2. It is theory that is just a little too "tidy". Its easy to "sell". It makes a nice "talking point". It's "irrefutable" because its virtually impossible to prove or disprove. If you assume this is true then the conversation is over.
3. Bertone and Sodano are not idiots.
4. The Italian bishops seem to have assumed going into the conclave that there had been a deal struck that the Italian Cardinals would steadfastly defend their cause by unanimously supporting Scola.
5. Abandoning Scola if done intentionally was a "suicidal" act. The writing was on the wall that this would lead to the selection of an anti-Curia and anti-Italian pope... if not Bergoglio then one of the other "radical modernists" Cardinals like Maradiaga or Dolan.
I end with some questions.
1. What outside forces might have "influenced" the votes of the Italian Cardinals? For example foreign governments or non-Catholic religious groups?
2. How did the "Vatileaks" scandal affect the outcome of the conclave? Did this scandal influence the unprecedented resignation of Ratzinger?
3. Did the "Vatican gay lobby" influence the conclave?
Italy sighs as unholy alliance scuppers the home favourite for pope, Angelo Scola
LINK
An unholy alliance between two other Italian grandees, Tarcisio Bertone and Angelo Sodano, who by all accounts can’t stand each other, had set the ball rolling for Cardinal Bergoglio. Overseas conclave members determined to put and end to the warring Italians’ stranglehold on the Curia joined in. When the pragmatic and powerful American grouping led by New York’s Timothy Dolan backed the Argentinian’s cause it was all over for Cardinal Scola. Leading Vaticanologist Massimo Franco spoke for many pundits this morning when he said years of infighting between senior Italian cardinals had repelled Church figures from overseas. Instead, Pope Francis represented a fresh start – and a more global, inclusive Church.  That fresh start needs a new government. Pope Francis’s most important appointment will be that of secretary of state – effectively prime minister to the Pontiff’s supreme monarch.
bergoglio's plot to kill the Curia -- part II
bergoglio's plot to kill the Curia -- part II
Despite the preponderance of clichés and the misrepresentation of the facts, the article featured in the previous post has a point....
LINK
bergoglio really does want to kill the Curia.
Well there's the good Curia and the bad Curia.... depending on your point of view.
Here is my point of view.
The good Curia are the Cardinals, priests and bishops that are still orthodox and oppose the introduction of more Vatican II novelties.
The bad Curia are the modernist ones that have infiltrated into the Church heirarchy before and especially after Vatican II.
bergoglio wants to kill the good Curia.... he has no problem with the bad Curia.
bergoglio's goal is to finish the takeover of the Curia by the modernists... and not just any modernists, but the radical modernists.... the ones that want to wipe out the slightest trace of the pre-Vatican II Church.... the ones that want to turn St. Peter's into a museum for tourists.
This is what is euphemistically referred to as "the reform of the Curia" (IMO).
And remember that the Cardinals specifically said that bergoglio was "elected" pope in order to accomplish the mission of "reforming the Curia".
... as if Paul VI and JPII/Ratzinger had not already "reformed" it enough.
==========
Excerpts from "The story behind Pope Francis’ election"
LINK
[Do you get the feeling as I do that the "holy spirit" did some arm twisting in order to get some of the Italian Cardinals to vote for bergoglio? Could the Vatican "gay mafia" have had a role to play?]
It was a surprising outcome, and even if Bergoglio suspected something was up, few others did, including many of the cardinals in the Sistine Chapel with him.
“I think it all came together in an extraordinary fashion,” Chicago Cardinal Francis George told the Chicago Tribune.
The field had been considered fairly open, with two main camps each looking for a champion: There were those who wanted a pope who would reform the Roman Curia, the papal bureaucracy — and preferably someone from outside Europe to represent the church’s demographic shift to the Southern Hemisphere. Then there were the electors who wanted to defend the Curia, and they were joined by some who also hoped to keep the papacy in Europe, or even return it to an Italian.
In the days leading up to the conclave, however, Cardinal Angelo Scola of Milan had increasingly emerged as an apparent front-runner because he was seen as an Italian who could fix the Vatican, a combination that some said could attract votes from both camps.
"[Bergoglio] is not part of the Italian system, but also at the same time, because of his culture and background, he was Italo-compatible,” French Cardinal Andre Vingt-Trois told reporters. “If there was a chance that someone could intervene with justice in this situation” — reforming the Curia — “he was the man who could do it best.”
As Bergoglio gained steam, Scola’s fortunes continued to decline, thanks also to “ancient envies and rivalries,” as La Stampa’s Giacomo Galeazzi put it, among the 28 Italian electors – a bloc far larger than any other country’s, but also more fractious and “inexorably hostile to Scola.”
“In the last few hours there were signs that Scola’s strong candidacy was a giant with clay feet,” Galeazzi wrote.
That night, sequestered at the Casa Santa Marta residence that houses the cardinals during a conclave, the reform camp began to coalesce around Bergoglio.
Also surprised, apparently, was the Italian bishops’ conference, which was so sure that Scola would win that it sent out a message of congratulations to Scola on his election as soon as the white smoke appeared over the Sistine Chapel.
Yet there was to be no Italian restoration.
“You don’t ask why they [the Italian Cardinals?] changed their votes. Nor do you know who changed their votes. But it became fairly clear as we voted that perhaps it was going to go in some other unexpected way, but more quickly also,” said George. “There are surprises. That’s a sign of the Holy Spirit, I think.”
"Revealed: the Pope's war with the Vatican"
LINK
It’s easy to be misled by the Pope’s shoulder-shrugging interviews and impromptu phone calls. On his return flight from Rio last year, he said, ‘If a gay person seeks God, who am I to judge?’ What did that mean? Then there was that mysterious telephone conversation with an Argentinian woman apparently telling her it was OK to receive communion despite her irregular marriage. The media has concluded that Francis wants the church to change its stance on divorcees and same-sex couples.
But the media are wrong. Neither of these subjects is high on Francis’s agenda — and, even if they were, he wouldn’t alter Catholic teaching on sexuality.
The first non-European Pope was elected to do one thing: reform the Roman Curia, the pitifully disorganised, corrupt and lazy central machinery of the church. He is determined to pull it off — but he’s 77 and has part of a lung missing. When he looks at his watch during long Masses in St Peter’s, it’s not just because elaborate services bore him. He knows he may not have much time. ‘Two or three years and then off to the house of the Father,’ he said this week. Was he serious? You can never tell.
Jorge Bergoglio has little in common with Joseph Ratzinger apart from an intense, orthodox Catholic faith and a love of classical music. Like many Jesuits, Francis isn’t interested in liturgy. This is actually good news for traditionalists, because it means he won’t clamp down on the Latin Mass (with one baffling exception: the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate, a new order whose use of the Old Missal has been brutally restricted).
But there is one big difference. To quote a senior bishop: ‘Benedict allowed the Roman Curia, and specifically the Italians in it, to kill his pontificate. Francis will not permit that to happen.’ He will strike first.
The Pope has declared a spiritual culture war on the bureaucrats who forced the resignation of his predecessor, the most intellectually gifted pontiff for 200 years. Cardinal Ratzinger was once known as ‘the Rottweiler’. How ludicrous that nickname seems in the light of his eight years as Pope, during which he allowed curial officials — including his incompetent secretary of state, Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone — to plunge the church deeper into financial and sexual scandal while they fought their own factional battles. Benedict was too old and too kind to knock heads together.
Pope Francis is far more of a rottweiler. He became a Jesuit because he wanted to be ‘in military terms, on the front lines of the church’. As superior of the Argentine Jesuits, Bergoglio expected instant obedience. He still does, much of the time, even though he has moved to the left and become a ferocious advocate of social justice for the poor....
bergoglio joke of the day
bergoglio joke of the day
How to make a bergoglio
INGREDIENTS:
masonic spirits
marxist spices
kosher salt
protestant flavorings
humanist sweeteners
artificial catholic coloring
Mix all the ingredients until they achieve a "ecumenical" consistency.
Cook in a oven until it is half-baked.
Serving suggestions:
Serve lukewarm -- neither hot nor cold.
My impressions:
This dish must be an acquired taste because I found myself spitting it out.
~~~

How did you like it?

Tastes like crap.

Looks nice though.... and it's very popular in the trendy restaurants... try it again... here put some of this 100% pure Catholic sauce on it.

Still tastes like crap.

Maybe we didn't make it right...

We followed the instructions.

Yeah, and it looks nice.

Still tastes like crap.

Smells like crap too...

I think I'm getting sick...

Yeah, me too

You didn't even try it.

It's the smell... how do people eat this stuff?

Got any more of that 100% pure catholic sauce?

Yeah, just a little bit... the stuff is hard to find these days.

Yeah, but it's so good

Yeah.

Today we have two false ideologies at work in Iraq....

1. There is the islamist ideology -- it's hard to see how this can even be described as a "religion".

2. There is the liberal ideology of "peaceful dialogue" that bergoglio represents.

The result is the mass murder of Christians because these ideologies do not fit reality.

The islamists do the actual killing and the liberal peaceniks like bergoglio are their silent accomplices.

=====

LINK

In the face of this terrifying modern resurgence of the ancient threat, of such gross and unnatural barbarities, it is getting harder for western intellectual liberals to continue echoing the old mantras. The hard truth must be faced eventually, even by the most determined; not everyone in the world thinks the same way we do, holds the same values, has the same goals. Not every culture is of equal value. Not all men are equally “right” in what they believe.

And if the message of the photos and videos were not getting through our thick western skulls, we have today a direct warning from the leader of the ancient Christian community that has been decimated by ISIS. The Chaldean Catholic Church traces its heritage to St. Thomas, the doubting Apostle of Christ. A few days ago, we all saw the headline saying that, for the first time in 1600 years, Mass was not being said in the ancient Christian town of Mosul because all the Christians, all the Chaldean Catholics, had been either killed, expelled or kidnapped, to be sold later into chattel slavery.

Speaking from his exile in the dubious and perhaps temporary safety of the northern Iraqi town of Erbil, the head of this lost and grieving community, Archbishop Amel Nona, the Chaldean Catholic Archeparch of Mosul, told us quite bluntly, and without the niceties required by Pope Benedict’s civilized academic audience, that the time for indulging our comfortable liberal fantasies is over.

“Our sufferings today are the prelude of those that you, Europeans and Western Christians, will also suffer in the near future,” said the archbishop in an interview with Corriere della Sera. “I lost my diocese. The physical setting of my apostolate has been occupied by Islamic radicals who want us converted or dead. But my community is still alive.

“Please, try to understand us. Your liberal and democratic principles are worth nothing here. You must consider again our reality in the Middle East, because you are welcoming in your countries an ever growing number of Muslims.”

He warns us, “Also, you are in danger. You must take strong and courageous decisions, even at the cost of contradicting your principles.”

This is the problem with ideologues. Rather than fitting their ideologies to the natural reality, they choose to manipulate reality in order to fit their ideology.

The islamists do the actual killing and the liberal peaceniks like bergoglio are their silent accomplices.

With my sincerest apologies to our brother Christians in Iraq

With my sincerest apologies to our brother Christians in Iraq

I know that it is absolutely NO consolation at all for the Christians in Iraq....

.... but their disastrous situation has finally shed the light of TRUTH on the bumbling, foolish incompetence of bergoglio's papacy.

I say "foolish" not in the sense that bergoglio is an idiot.... it is hard for me to believe that the Cardinals would select from among themselves an idiot to sit on the Chair of Peter.

I say "foolish" in the sense of a total lack of wisdom -- a perfect vacuum in this case.

bergoglio chooses to ignore the wisdom of the Church, the wisdom of previous popes that had to battle the modernist errors.... even the wisdom of Jesus Christ himself.

The man is a fool!

It is time that the world recognized this and begins to treat him accordingly.

Maradiaga spits on the Christians in Iraq

Maradiaga spits on the Christians in Iraq

Now that there are 1.2 million refugees in Iraq according to Maradiaga's own statement below.... it's time to send a letter.

As if this were the result of some kind of unavoidable human tragedy like an earthquake or a hurricane or some other act of God.

NO!

There are 1.2 million refugees because world leaders like bergoglio and Maradiaga were completely silent while a Muslim army was assembled, armed and marched towards Christian areas in Iraq.

Did bergoglio and Maradiaga think they were coming to engage in "interreligious dialogue"?

And then they continued to remain silent as the towns were bombarded and the muslim invaders finished their bloody conquests. And then they continued to remain silent as the muslim terrorists imposed their will by brute force on the civilian populations and forced them to flee and destroyed their homes and ancient churches.

The pleas of the Iraqi Christians and of their bishops remained unanswered by the Vatican during all of this....

.... and now it's time to send a letter...

Cardinal Rodriguez Maradiaga Sends Open Letter to Iraqi Church Leaders

"The forced imposition of the sign N on the doors of Christian homes brings to mind another atrocity that occurred during the last century and that led to terrible suffering and death of millions of people." [because it's all about the jews???]

Vatican City, August 22, 2014 (Zenit.org)

Caritas Internationalis president Cardinal Oscar Rodriguez Maradiaga has sent an open letter to Patriarch Louis Raphael Sako of Babylon and Msgr. Shlemon Warduni, President of Caritas Iraq on the crisis in their country.

Here below is the full text of the letter, sent by email to the two Church leaders:

***

Vatican City, 15 August 2014

Your Beatitude, Patriarch Louis Raphael SAKO, Patriarch of Babylon

Your Excellency, Bishop Shlemon WARDUNI, President of Caritas Iraq

My dear brothers in Our Lord Jesus Christ,

On behalf of the Caritas Internationalis Confederation I send you fraternal greetings and assure of my deep concern for your safety and wellbeing and, most especially of my prayers for you and all the people of Iraq. [....what nerve...]

It is with great sadness, that, once again, we are forced to witness destructive violence in the region and, in particular in your beloved country of Iraq. [... as if this were a earthquake...] It is with aching hearts that we observe the massive displacement of 1.2 million people, many of them civilians trying to escape appalling atrocities in the hope of saving their own lives and those of their families. [what did you do to try to prevent this???]

With great dismay we see images of people who literally have been robbed of every last possession and now have no means to buy food or attend to their basic needs. We know that many of them have lost their lives while in flight, as recently happened with 40 children who died from lack of water. [and now you send a letter???]

Despite advances in recognizing the rights of minorities within the international community, the atrocities in your country concern these very same groups: Christians, Yazidis, Kurds, Shabaks, Madaeans, and others. [bad time to be talking about "human rights" and all of the rest of your marxist ideology...]

When will our global human family begin to learn from history? The forced imposition of the sign “N” on the doors of Christian homes brings to mind another atrocity that occurred during the last century and that led to terrible suffering and death of millions of people. [except this has nothing to do with Hitler or the jews... so why bring it up???] As our Holy Father Pope Francis says: “Violence is never defeated by violence. Violence is conquered by peace."[1] [So we should have let peace conquer violence in the case of Hitler???]

How can members of the same family inflict such atrocities on their own people in the name of religion? [how liberal of you to try to blame this on religion...] Or is it rather the manipulation of ruthless greed for power that inflicts such ruthless violence on so many innocent people? [more marxist theories???]

Caritas Internationalis, which witnesses, through its name and every action, to “love across the nations,” calls for one human family in which no one should die of hunger or thirst, nor lose their lives as a result of hatred and violent aggression. We work to advance a human family that lives together in peace and harmony, in charity and justice. [Gee... stupid me... I thought the purpose of Caritas had something to do with Christ and the Church...]

We call upon the militants of the Islamic State to cease inflicting atrocities on their brothers and sisters and to work towards building peaceful societies, where all human persons, whether in minority or majority communities can live together in peace and where everyone can flourish. [... your Islamic "brothers" call on you to convert to Islam or they will chop of your head...]

We share a deep concern that this most recent surge of violence may push back advancements in the Christian – Muslim dialogue and destroy the peaceful coexistence and conviviality that is enjoyed by many Muslims and Christians in all parts of the world, but most especially in the Middle East. [ are you serious??? .... who the hell cares about your pitiful "dialogue"... especially at a time like this!!!]

My Brothers in Episcopal Ministry, I congratulate you and all people of good will in your country for your courage and strong and loving witness as you stand firmly against these crimes against humanity and as you defend the right to life for all people at all stages from conception to natural death. [... as if they had any choice???] All women and men engaged in the Caritas Confederation accompany you so that together we can raise a “continuous prayer to ask the Holy Spirit for the gift of peace”[2], most especially in this land of our Father Abraham, the Patriarch whose memory is sacred to all Jewish, Christian, and Muslim people, since he passed on to us our love and faith in the one God, the Creator of the Universe and Author of life. [...pathetic... now is not the time to "join hands and sing kum-ba-ya"... could you at least mention Christ?]

We send our love, support and solidarity all those courageous aid workers of Caritas, of religious congregations and other organizations who provide practical help in local communities to alleviate the suffering, giving food and shelter or healing trauma. [... a promo???] You are working humbly and tirelessly in the service of our Lord Jesus Christ and in fulfilment of His Gospel mandate, “Amen, I say to you, whatever you did for one of these least brothers of mine, you did for me.” (Matthew 25:40) [... nice try... except that you are invoking a marxist version of the Christ of the poor...]

Finally, we in Caritas join our voices to yours as we advocate with religious and civil leaders, at local, national, regional, and global levels, to ensure that the safety of affected people concerned is put at the forefront, that the rule of law is recognized and enforced, and that no more weapons [... no MORE weapons... so you admit that this could have been done earlier when it would have made a real difference???] reach those committing such crimes against human life and dignity. [... it's alway about human "diginity"... what does that even mean???] Let us remain committed to promote and support a culture of peaceful dialogue that strives to establish solidarity and shared responsibility among all peoples in all nations. [... dialogue???... it is your empty "peaceful dialogue" that led to this tragedy... ]

May God continue to bless our every action taken in His name and bring them to fulfilment. [ ... are you blessing yourself?... shouldn't you be asking God to bless the people in Iraq?... as for you... you have blood on your hands... which God will not bless...]

Yours in Christ

+Oscar Andrés Cardinal Rodriguez Maradiaga S.D.B.

President, Caritas Internationalis

[2] Statement of Fr Federico Lombardi, SJ, regarding the situation of Christians in Iraq, Vatican Press Office, 07 August 2014.

[Two statements from bergoglio.... and the second one is literally a repetition of the first... and the first statement amounts to "why can't we all just get along?"...]

bergoglio sells Souls in Korea

bergoglio sells Souls in Korea

Previously I reported that Kia expected an uptick in sales based on the "halo effect" of having bergoglio choose their Soul model to drive around in during his trip to Korea. See story here:

"bergoglio is following in the footsteps of lady gaga"

"Kia Soul gets blessing from Pope Francis during Korea visit"

LINK

=====

Already the results are in and it shows "a 62,5% rise in sales in the month of August alone" for the Soul model. Apparently this model is also referred to as the "Anima". I'm guessing that "Anima" is the name used in Italy, since this is the word for Soul in Italian. It is also the word for Soul in Latin as well. (See story below)

No word yet on how many souls have converted to the Catholic Church, but the impact of the "Francis effect" on the Korean economy is measurable and has taken effect immediately.

=====

"The Pope in Korea: a boom for faith and the economy"

LINK

The Korean sponsors are also rejoicing: the products that the Pope used have all experienced a rise in sales and an undeniable impact on corporate image. An example, above all, is Kia Motors: its model of city car called “Anima”, that Francis used to travel around Korea, has registered a 62,5% rise in sales in the month of August alone. The same goes for Seoksu mineral water, made by the famous beverage company Hite Jinro, that talks about profits above their investments.

The proved “Francis effect” will also leave a mark on tourism: the places that the Pope visited in his trip will become part of a special “tour”, organised by the Official Korea Tourism Organisation. This is a very palatable opportunity for the sharp spin-doctors of Korean marketing. Contacted by Vatican Insider, Sanghoon Na, the director of marketing for the Korea Tourism Organisation, explains that “Pope Francis’ visit has produced great enthusiasm in Korea and abroad. From this, the idea was born for our provincial offices and the Catholic Church to collaborate in planning a specific tour to walk in the Pope’s footsteps. We believe that his visit can give a great push to Korean tourism”. The title chosen for the tour is evocative: a “Healing Tour” that will combine culture with relax, and interior repose with natural beauty.

If No One Is Pope, Everyone is Pope

If No One Is Pope, Everyone is Pope

This is a sort of footnote to the previous post "bergoglio's little red bible" which shows how bergoglio fails to recognize Peter as the first Pope annointed by Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Just after posting that article I came upon the following online homily by Msgr. Charles Pope titled "If No One Is Pope, Everyone is Pope" which provides a thoroughly Catholic understanding of the same Gospel reading from St. Matthew.

The only problem is that it totally contradicts the homily offered by bergoglio.....

I suspect that Msgr. Charles Pope will not be named a bishop anytime soon...

Here are some excerpts from the homily by Msgr. Charles Pope titled "If No One Is Pope, Everyone is Pope".

Jesus does not merely praise Simon for a moment of charismatic insight. He goes further and declares that He will build his very Church upon Simon, and thus He calls him Peter (rock). And here, too, He does not merely mean this as a personal gift or as a sort of recognition that will die with Peter. In giving Peter the keys, He is establishing an office, not merely a “promotion” for Peter. This will be God’s way of strengthening and uniting the Church.

It is true that many have objected to this teaching. There is no time here to do a full apologetical reply to every objection. But frankly most of the objections amount to a kind of wishful thinking by some, who want this text to mean something other than what it plainly means.  Nothing could be clearer than the fact that Jesus is establishing both Peter and an office that will serve as a foundation for the unity and strength of His Church.

Others object that Jesus is the head and foundation, that He is the rock. True enough, but apparently Jesus never got the objectors’ memo, for it is He Himself who calls Peter the rock and establishes him with the authority to bind and loose. It is also true that both Jesus and Peter can be head and rock, in terms of primary and secondary causality (more on that HERE).  And in addition that Peter and his successors are head and rock by making visible and being the means through which Christ exercises His headship and foundational aspect.

Finally, let’s return to the title of this post: “If no one is Pope, EVERYONE is pope!” Without a visible head, there is no principle on earth for unity in the Church. The Protestant experiment tried to replace the Pope with Scripture and gave it sole authority. But Protestants cannot agree on what Scripture says and have no earthly way to resolve their conflicts. While they say that authority resides in Scripture alone, the fact is, in claiming the anointing of the Holy Spirit and thus the ability to properly interpret Scripture, they really place the locus of authority within themselves and become the very pope they denounce. Having denied that there is a pope they become pope. If no one is Pope, everyone is pope.

I have read that some objectors think Catholics arrogant in asserting that we have a pope whom we trust to be anointed by God to teach us without error on faith and morals. But which is more arrogant: to claim there is a pope (not me), or to in fact act like one myself?

In the end, the Protestant experiment is a failed one.

bergoglio's little red bible

bergoglio's little red bible

Is it just me or does it seem like there is not a single verse in the Bible that bergoglio is not able to squeeze some heretical interpretation out of?

Today's example is from chapter 18 of the Gospel according to  St. Matthew:

[16] Simon Peter answered and said: Thou art Christ, the Son of the living God. [17] And Jesus answering, said to him: Blessed art thou, Simon Bar-Jona: because flesh and blood hath not revealed it to thee, but my Father who is in heaven. [18] And I say to thee: That thou art Peter; and upon this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. [19] And I will give to thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven. And whatsoever thou shalt bind upon earth, it shall be bound also in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose upon earth, it shall be loosed also in heaven.

This is a passage that is near and dear to Catholics and we all recognize this as Christ establishing the One True Church and naming Peter as its first Pope.

However, if you are a protestant then you are going to have a big problem with these verses and you are going to have to generalize the word's of Our Savior in order to make St. Peter seem just like another one of the boys -- nothing special.... just another one of the disciples of Christ.

And if you're a protestant with marxist leanings then.... well let's let bergoglio give us that viewpoint, shall we?

=====

LINK

Our Lord responds to this confession by re-naming Simon “Peter,” a name meaning “rock.” But, the Pope said, Jesus gives Simon this name “not for his own personal qualities or his human merits, but on account of his genuine and firm faith, which comes from on high.”

Simon’s faith is a gift from God the Father, a dependable, trustworthy faith upon which our Lord can build His Church – His community, the Pope said, that is, all of us. Our Lord founds His Church on faith, on a relationship with Himself, a relationship of love and trust. When He began His Church, Jesus was looking for a solid faith from His disciples — that was the reason for His question in the Gospel, “Who do you say that I am?”

“What happened in a unique way in Saint Peter,” the Pope said, “also takes place in every Christian who develops a sincere faith in Jesus the Christ, the Son of the Living God.”

Addressing the crowd, Pope Francis asked, “What does your faith look like?” Is it a firm, rock-like faith? Or is it sandy, that is doubtful, mistrustful, unbelieving? The Lord, he said, is searching for faith in our hearts – not necessarily a perfect faith, but a sincere, genuine faith. When He finds it, the Pope said, our Lord “will see in us, too, the living rocks on which He builds His community.”

Jesus is the unique cornerstone, while Peter, the rock, is the visible foundation of the unity of the Church… but, the Holy Father reminded us, every baptized person is called to offer to Jesus his or her own faith, poor but sincere, so that He can continue to build His Church today, in every part of the world.

=====

Do you see what bergoglio is doing here?

He never mentions the Catholic Church by name, but refers instead to Christ's "community". Sure... he also says "the Church", but by this time we are wise to his tricks...

... whenever bergoglio says "the Church" he is not referring to the Catholic Church, but instead to all who claim to be Christians -- it doesn't matter to him what beliefs they may have that contradict the teachings of the One True Catholic Church.

And as a way of confirming this in a "secret code" that bergoglio likes to employ he repeatedly refers to "His community" as a synonym for "His Church". This is for all the "Tony Palmer's" out there... the protestants "building ecumenical bridges" to the Catholic Church -- not really bridges but more like seige towers or trojan horses to breach the fortress walls of the Church.

And for those atheists who like to spice up their liberal/marxist/socialist ideologies with a little bit of the Gospel, bergoglio has something for them as well....

He fails to mention the papacy when discussing these verses. Instead, he heretically insists on "democratizing" the Church. We are ALL Peter. Peter is ALL of us.

WE are the PEOPLE OF GOD. WE ARE THE CHURCH.

bergoglio wants to create a "people's revolution" in which the "dictatorship of the proletariat" will come to rule the Catholic Church.

Out with the papacy. Out with the heirarchy. Out with the priests.

We are ALL the People of God. We don't need no stinking priests. We ALL have a personal direct hotline to God. We don't need consecrated hosts... we'll just bless our bread ourselves. After all we are the People of God... and we are also all members of a "royal priesthood"....

Of course as we know from Lenin and Stalin all that "dictatorship of the proletariat" claptrap sounds very good when you're stirring up "the masses" to revolt against "the establishment"... but once the marxists have actually gained power then it becomes necessary to create a new brutal dictatorship of the party elite... temporarily of course.... just until we finish with the purges... one more purge should do it...

=====

For an authentic Catholic interpretion of these verses please see the following notes to the Douay-Rheims Bible.

LINK

[18] Thou art Peter: As St. Peter, by divine revelation, here made a solemn profession of his faith of the divinity of Christ; so in recompense of this faith and profession, our Lord here declares to him the dignity to which he is pleased to raise him: viz., that he to whom he had already given the name of Peter, signifying a rock, St. John 1. 42, should be a rock indeed, of invincible strength, for the support of the building of the church; in which building he should be, next to Christ himself, the chief foundation stone, in quality of chief pastor, ruler, and governor; and should have accordingly all fulness of ecclesiastical power, signified by the keys of the kingdom of heaven.

[18] Upon this rock: The words of Christ to Peter, spoken in the vulgar language of the Jews which our Lord made use of, were the same as if he had said in English, Thou art a Rock, and upon this rock I will build my church. So that, by the plain course of the words, Peter is here declared to be the rock, upon which the church was to be built: Christ himself being both the principal foundation and founder of the same. Where also note, that Christ, by building his house, that is, his church, upon a rock, has thereby secured it against all storms and floods, like the wise builder, St. Matt. 7. 24, 25.

[18] The gates of hell: That is, the powers of darkness, and whatever Satan can do, either by himself, or his agents. For as the church is here likened to a house, or fortress, built on a rock; so the adverse powers are likened to a contrary house or fortress, the gates of which, that is, the whole strength, and all the efforts it can make, will never be able to prevail over the city or church of Christ. By this promise we are fully assured, that neither idolatry, heresy, nor any pernicious error whatsoever shall at any time prevail over the church of Christ.

[19] Loose upon earth: The loosing the bands of temporal punishments due to sins, is called an indulgence; the power of which is here granted.

He spoke also this parable: [10] Two men went up into the temple to pray: the one a Pharisee, and the other a publican.

[11] The Pharisee standing, prayed thus with himself: O God, I give thee thanks that I am not as the rest of men, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, as also is this publican. [12] I fast twice in a week: I give tithes of all that I possess. [13] And the publican, standing afar off, would not so much as lift up his eyes towards heaven; but struck his breast, saying: O God, be merciful to me a sinner. [14] I say to you, this man went down into his house justified rather than the other: because every one that exalteth himself, shall be humbled: and he that humbleth himself, shall be exalted.

More birth pangs of a new Middle East?

More birth pangs of a new Middle East?

As we watch the total destruction of ancient Christian communities -- whole cities -- in Syria and northern Iraq I am reminded of the infamous statement by Secretary of State Condeleeza Rice when Israel attacked Lebanon (again) in 2006:

"What we're seeing here, in a sense, is the growing -- the birth pangs of a new Middle East. And whatever we do, we have to be certain that we are pushing forward to the new Middle East, not going back to the old one."

What will the Catholic Church look like in a few years time if bergoglio is allowed free rein to continue implementing the full "spirit" of Vatican II....

It seems that bergoglio and his fellow 1960s radicals among the leadership of the Catholic Church intend to follow the lead of the Evangelical Church in Germany (EKG -- Evangelische Kirche in Deutschland)....

... a loose federal model... a governing council... an annual synod... no pope...

... the Vatican can become a nice big museum... a tourist destination... nice frescoes... nice gardens... nice old architecture... maybe add some amusement rides in St. Peter's Square... good place for a rock concert... fireworks every night like at Disney World... maybe a laser light show...

"Evangelical Church in Germany"

Associations:
- World Council of Churches
- Community of Protestant Churches in Europe

The Evangelical Church in Germany (German: Evangelische Kirche in Deutschland, abbreviated EKD) is a federation of twenty Lutheran, United Protestant (Prussian Union) and Reformed (Calvinist) Protestant regional church bodies in Germany. The EKD is not a church in a theological understanding, because of its denominational differences. However, the member churches (Gliedkirchen) share full pulpit and altar fellowship.

The member churches of the EKD are independent, with their own theological and formal organisation.

Literally, evangelisch means "of the Gospel", denoting a Protestant Reformation emphasis on sola scriptura, "by scripture alone".

It was realised that one mainstream Protestant church for all of Germany was impossible and that any union would need a federal model.

[ INTERESTING HISTORICAL NOTE: In July 1933, the German Evangelical Church (Deutsche Evangelische Kirche, DEK) was formed under the influence of the German Christians. The National Socialists had much influence over the decisions of the first National Synod... ]

Since 1973, when many Protestant churches in Europe, including the EKD members, concluded the Leuenberg Agreement, also the then 21 EKD members[8] introduced full communion for their parishioners and ministry among each other.

Ordination of women is practised in all 20 member churches with many women having been ordained in recent years. There are also several female bishops. [The German languager version also mentions homosexual priests.] Margot Käßmann, former Bishop of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Hanover and Chairperson of the Council of the EKD from 2009 until February 2010, was the first woman to head the EKD.[9] Blessing of same-sex unions is practised in 11 member churches.[10]

The structure of the EKD is based on federal principles. Each regional church is responsible for Christian life in its own area while each regional church has its own special characteristics and retains its independence. The EKD carries out joint tasks with which its members have entrusted it.

The EKD Council is the representative and governing body of the Evangelical Church in Germany. The Council of the EKD has 15 members jointly elected by the Synod and Church Conference who serve terms of six years.[15]

The Synod is the legislature of the EKD. It has 126 members - 106 elected by Landeskirchen synods and 20 appointed by the Council.[14] These 20 are appointed for their importance in the life of the Church and its agencies. Members serve six year terms and the synod meets annually.

"ecumenism".... REALLY?

"ecumenism".... REALLY?

Are those Catholics who constantly promote "ecumenism" REALLY that stupid OR are they REALLY evil and just want to destroy the Church?

Those are REALLY the only two choices.

As for bergoglio, I don't think he is REALLY that stupid -- even though he is REALLY good at creating that impression.

In reaction to the depredations of the Islamic State in Iraq, the Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue issued a statement last week strongly condemning the militants. The statement also called on religious leaders, “especially Muslims,” to condemn the crimes and denounce “the use of religion to justify them.” “If not,” it asks, “what credibility will religions, their followers, and their leaders have? What credibility can the interreligious dialogue that we have patiently pursued over recent years have?”

How to destroy a country in three easy steps

How to destroy a country in three easy steps

1. Train a bunch of crazies to overthrow the legitimate government.

2. Stand idly by as the crazies take over the government regardless of how many innocent people get killed or are ruthlessly chased out of their homes.

.... wait for the crazies to do something REALLY crazy against one of your citizens that can be used as a pretext for military intervention ....

3. Bomb the crap out of the crazy strongholds i.e. the whole country.

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

=====

NOTE 1: Preferably this should be a country in the Middle East with a sizeable Christian community. This way the Christian community can be permanently destroyed under the pretext of spreading "freedom and liberty and democracy".

NOTE 2: Remember that patience is a virtue. It may take considerable time for the crazies to complete destroy the Christian communites to the point where there is no chance in hell that they could ever be re-established.

NOTE 3: The REALLY crazy act mentioned above does not refer to REALLY crazy acts committed against Christians. Those are to be completely ignored as if they never happened.

NOTE 4: In order for this technique to be most effective it is necessary to coordinate your statements with those from recognized Christian leaders.

SPECIAL THANKS:
The current bishop of Rome, bergoglio, has been especially helpful in implementing this strategy in Syria and northern Iraq. Without his help the mission would have been much more difficult.

LIST OF RECENT CASE STUDIES:
1. Iraq
2. Egypt
3. Syria

ASSIGNMENT:
Design a similar program for Lebanon.

LAB:
This weeks lab assignment is Gaza. You will learn basic techniques of state terrorism and have ample opportunity to test various state-of-the-art weapons on real unarmed civilian populations.

bergoglio has a dream

bergoglio has a dream

In bergoglio's dream John Lennon appears to him and asks him, "do you remember what I said about Jesus back in 1966?"

"Christianity will go. It will vanish and shrink. I needn't argue about that; I'm right and I'll be proved right. We're more popular than Jesus now; I don't know which will go first—rock 'n' roll or Christianity. Jesus was all right but his disciples were thick and ordinary. It's them twisting it that ruins it for me."
-- John Lennon 1966

bergoglio answers, "oh yes, i remember very well. i was a huge fan and i was very influenced by your music. i especially admired your sleep-in for peace with Yoko Ono. i wish i could have joined the two of you in bed... "

"... ri-i-i-ght, yeah well. Anyway, it's your time now. You're the one that is "more popular than Jesus now" and its up to you to bear the torch of liberty. All our brothers in the masonic lodges worldwide are counting on you jorge..."

"... and i won't let them down. Don't you see how i have been tirelessly working to make this dream come true? i know i only have a few more years before i join you in heaven... "

"yeah, well... we'll talk about that when you get here.... the boss says he needs me... "

"oh the beatific vision... can you describe it... "

".... uh right, beatific.... uh not exactly... i'll explain it all when you get here.... "

And then the vision of Lennon disappeared, but bergoglio could hear the sound of one  of Lennon's  songs as clearly as if he was walking in a shopping mall in Buenos Aires and it was playing in the background over the loudspeakers ... it was the song that bergoglio had adopted as his theme song many years ago when he was still a simple priest ....

BROTHERHOOD BETWEEN CHRISTIANS AND MUSLIMS: KEY WORD OF THE MESSAGE FOR THE END OF RAMADAN

http://visnews-en.blogspot.com/2014/07/brotherhood-between-christians-and.html

Vatican City, 18 July 2014 (VIS) – “Towards a genuine fraternity between Christians and Muslims” is the title of the message sent by the Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue to mark the end of Ramadan ('Id al-Fitr 1435/2014 A.D.). The document is signed by Cardinal Jean-Louis Tauran and Fr. Miguel Angel Ayuso Guixot M.C.C.J., respectively president and secretary of the dicastery.
-
“Last year, the first year of his ministry, Pope Francis personally signed the Message addressed to you on the occasion of ‘Id al-Fitr. On another occasion, he also called you 'our brothers and sisters' (Angelus, 11 August 2013). We all can recognize the full significance of these words. In fact, Christians and Muslims are brothers and sisters in the one human family, created by the One God”.

Contacted by AsiaNews at the See of the Chaldean Patriarchate in Baghdad, Mar Sako bitterly said that no form of dialogue is possible with the Islamists, who keep repeating, "between us there is but the sword."

http://www.asianews.it/news-en/Baghdad-patriarch:-as-the-time-for-dialogue-is-no-more,-Christians-flee-Mosul-31662.html

Baghdad (AsiaNews) - "The situation in Mosul is tragic," said Mar Raphael I Louis Sako, Patriarch of the Chaldean Church, as he spoke to AsiaNews about what is happening in Mosul, Iraq's second largest city.
-
His Beatitude said that yesterday, the "militia of the so-called Islamic caliphate" issued a notice (pictured), distributed across the city, declaring, "Christians either convert to Islam or pay the [poll] tax" (the Jizya). Alternatively, he noted, they "can only leave the city," leaving behind everything they own, which the Islamists are seizing.
-
When Mosul fell to Islamist militias, at least 500 thousand people, Christians and Muslims, fled the city, creating a serious humanitarian, economic and political crisis.
-
The city is now under the control of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL, a Sunni jihadist group close to al-Qaeda), operating as the militia of the Islamic caliphate.

************

It's true. You can't make this stuff up.
-
Are the members of the "Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue" getting high on illegal substances before coming up with these statements? One would almost hope so. At least that would provide some sort of explanation.
-
I suggest that there next meeting should take place in Mosul where they can "dialogue" with the Islamists swords. That should be a short meeting.
-
Perhaps they can begin the "dialogue" by pointing out that we are "brothers and sisters" and then see what direction that "HEADS". Or they could quickly "CUT" to the chase and say how we both worship "the One God". Or they could "OFF"-er to personally deliver a message of "brotherhood" from bergoglio.
-
Cardinal Jean-Louis Tauran seems to think this is quite funny becaues I see him rolling around on the floor, but I'm "DEAD" serious. Oh dear....

Does bergoglio believe in the Resurrection?

Does bergoglio believe in the Resurrection?

bergoglio said on his trip to Korea, "Christians don’t come as conquerors."

LINK

And as bad as the English translation sounds, the Spanish translation sounds even worse and is even more loaded with implications. "estos cristianos no vienen como conquistadores."

LINK

This comes following a statement in the same speech where bergoglio says, "I don’t proselytize".... "no hago proselitismo".

When one hears these words coming from the lips of the successor of Peter one cannot help but think of the concluding lines of the Gospel according to St. Matthew in which Jesus Christ Our Lord commands:

LINK

"Going therefore, teach ye all nations; baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and behold I am with you all days, even to the consummation of the world."

Whose command are you going to follow? Christ's or bergoglio's? God or man?

=====

The Gospel according to St. Matthew ends rather abruptly. Just before this last commandment from Our Lord, St. Matthew recounts the events of the Resurrection.

The Roman guards who witnessed an angel roll back the stone were struck with terror. Later they reported these events to the chief jewish priests who offered them a bribe of a large sum of money. And said to them, "Say you, His disciples came by night, and stole him away when we were asleep."

If there is no Resurrection as the chief jewish priests would have us believe then there is no commandment to "teach ye all nations; baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost."

Is this what bergoglio is really saying?

And what does St. Matthew tell us the guards did? Did they accept the bribe? Did they do as the chief jewish priests requested?

The Gospel according to St. Matthew says:

"So they taking the money, did as they were taught: and this word was spread abroad among the Jews even unto this day."

The Word of God. Praise to You, Lord Jesus Christ.

They accepted the bribe ".... and this word was spread abroad ...."

"Christians don’t come as conquerors" .... "estos cristianos no vienen como conquistadores."

"I don’t proselytize".... "no hago proselitismo".

They accepted the bribe ".... and this word was spread abroad ...."

Once again bergoglio sows  confusion among the Catholic faithful worldwide....

bergoglio's sado-masochistic relationship with China

bergoglio's sado-masochistic relationship with China

bergoglio swoons.... China hits him with a broom

"What is clear for now is that Beijing, which considers itself a modern state, could not refuse its permission for the papal flight to cross the skies of China, but on the ground the State wants to continue to monitor the Catholics. As well as all information: Xinhua has not published a single news story on the Pope in Korea, instead it has given wide coverage to a Korean actress who is participating in a charity dinner "

=====

Mainstream press reports tell us...

LINK

"China’s Foreign Ministry has reacted positively to the pope’s telegrams and already indicated it wants to promote dialogue with the Holy See after decades of frosty relations."

=====

For the reality on the ground that they don't tell us see this report from AsiaNews, a Catholic news agency focused on Asia....

LINK

Seoul (AsiaNews) - The Beijing government has banned about 80 young people from taking part in the Asian Youth Day being held in Daejeon, despite the enthusiasm aroused by the permission given to the papal flight to fly over Chinese airspace.

According to AsiaNews sources, about 40 of those young people are seminarians from Beijing, who in July 2014 refused to attend the year end Mass celebrated by some illicit bishops. According to the spokesman of the organizing committee of the Pope's visit to Korea, Heo Young-yeop, China's decision arose from "problematic internal situations". Another source speaks of possible arrests.

In addition, the Communist government has decided to recall some Chinese priests residing in Korea before the arrival of Pope Francis on the Korean peninsula. Local sources confirmed this to AsiaNews: "The priests were phoned by officials from the Religious Affairs Bureau, which threatened them with 'problems' if they did not immediately return home".

Threats of "problems" on returning home are a common means of controlling priests and religious overseas Chinese. In addition to the withdrawal of passports, visas and the cancellation of any generic bureaucratic documents, the executive and especially the Religious Affairs Bureau have often threatened the families of Catholics abroad.

Although there are no official figures, the Chinese community in South Korea has hundreds of thousands of people. Of these, at least 50 thousand are Catholic (baptized or catechumens).  This community, mostly based in Seoul and Incheon, are cared for mainly by priests of their own nationality. Similarly, there are many Korean priests who serve in China, especially the Korean community residing there.

To avoid embarrassing situations, Beijing has decided to recall these people and to impose conditions to prevent their contact with Francis.

Yesterday at the inaugural Mass of the Asian Youth Day in Daejeon Chinese flags were not visible, even though a delegation of young people from mainland China was expected to take part. However, again AsiaNews sources claim a group of about 100 young people managed to arrive on the Korean Peninsula: these are mostly young people from the capital and the province of Hebei.

There will be time enough to evaluate these signals that China is sending to the Vatican. What is clear for now is that Beijing, which considers itself a modern state, could not refuse its permission for the papal flight to cross the skies of China, but on the ground the State wants to continue to monitor the Catholics. As well as all information: Xinhua has not published a single news story on the Pope in Korea, instead it has given wide coverage to a Korean actress who is participating in a charity dinner.

Searching for Pope St. Pius X at the Vatican

Searching for Pope St. Pius X at the Vatican

I searched for any mention of Pope St. Pius X over the past week on the Vatican website vatican.va. Here are the results:

"Your search - site:vatican.va pius x - did not match any documents."

=============

Then I searched for any mention of Pope Francis over the past week on the Vatican website. Below are the results.

=============

It's all about bergoglio.

Not a word mentioned about the great Pope St. Pius X on the 100th anniversary of his death. Nor for the full week preceding it.

Now do you see? The modernists have taken over the Vatican. And they are determined to erase the glorious pre-Vatican II history of the Church.

A Pope... a great Saint... is totally ignored by the conciliar church on the 100th anniversary of his death.

Kyrie eleison.

We are Christians

We are Christians

We are not converted jews. We are Christians.

We are something entirely new created at the moment that Christ died on the Cross, which sealed the New Covenant.

Which abolished the old covenant. Which marked the beginning of a new Church with a new Law and new Commandments.

Which draws all men to Christ and through Christ's sacrifice to God.

We are washed in the blood of the lamb.

+ + +

Now the way to reach Christ is not hard to find: it is the Church. Rightly does Chrysostom inculcate: "The Church is thy hope, the Church is thy salvation, the Church is thy refuge." (Hom. de capto Euthropio, n. 6.)

It was for this that Christ founded it, gaining it at the price of His blood, and made it the depositary of His doctrine and His laws, bestowing upon it at the same time an inexhaustible treasury of graces for the sanctification and salvation of men.
You see, then, Venerable Brethren, the duty that has been imposed alike upon Us and upon you of bringing back to the discipline of the Church human society, now estranged from the wisdom of Christ; the Church will then subject it to Christ, and Christ to God.

If We, through the goodness of God Himself, bring this task to a happy issue, We shall be rejoiced to see evil giving place to good, and hear, for our gladness, " a loud voice from heaven saying: Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God and the power of his Christ." (Apoc. xii., 10.)

Pope St. Pius X
E Supremi Apostolatus, Oct. 4, 1903

bergoglio puts on sad clown face at Korean abortion cemetery

bergoglio puts on sad clown face at Korean abortion cemetery

“We cannot insist only on issues related to abortion, gay marriage and the use of contraceptive methods. This is not possible. I have not spoken much about these things, and I was reprimanded for that.”

I'm sure you remember the above infamous quote on abortion from bergoglio which came very early in his papacy. If you don't remember don't worry because the mainstream press will remind you at every occasion. They got their one papal quote on abortion and from now on until bergoglio joins ratzinger in retirement anything else bergoglio says or does regarding abortion is just neatly ignored. But this quote will be repeated endlessly.

Pro-life Catholics were horrified by this statement. Every time they turn around the pro-abortion forces throw this quote in their faces. For example there was this article at the time:

"Pope Francis: Church's 'obsession' with gays, abortion and contraception means it risks 'falling like a house of cards' "

LINK

=====

bergoglio's latest cheap publicity stunt

So when bergoglio stands in front of an abortion cemetery in Korea the Catholic media gets stirred up in a frenzy and says "see bergoglio really does care about abortion".

Meanwhile the mainstream press mostly ignores this latest publicity stunt because it doesn't fit their agenda.

When the mainstream press does cover it the article title looks something like this:

"Pope Francis makes strong, silent statement on abortion"

http://m.nydailynews.com/news/world/pope-francis-issues-strong-silent-statement-abortion-article-1.1905659

The same article reminds us in the first sentence:

"Pope Francis has generally avoided hot-button "culture war" issues like abortion, arguing that the church's doctrine on the sanctity of life is well-known and that he'd rather emphasize other aspects of church teaching."

.... just in case you forgot since the last time they reminded you....

=====

So lets think about this.... bergoglio stands there in front of an abortion cemetery while the Korean press cameras are clicking at a furious pace while putting on his sad clown face... you know the one.... and makes a statement saying.... NOTHING!

How are we to interpret his sad clown face? Is the pope a mime? Is Marcel Marceau now the pope?

Of course pro-life Catholics will see the picture and interpret it in a very sympathetic way and conclude that bergoglio is really very pro-life and anti-abortion.... but did he really say that?

How does the average liberal that is "pro-choice" interpret this.... ?

Well most of the "pro-choice" crowd thinks abortion is sad.... it's a slightly sad but necessary "choice".... is that what this picture of the pope is saying?

Maybe we should have a caption contest? Make a balloon and fill in what bergoglio  is thinking.

Of course if bergoglio would have actually made a statement.... then we wouldn't have to guess what he was thinking behind his sad clown face...

=====

And what about contraception? What did sad clown face bergoglio say about contraception during his Korean stop on his endless world rock tour?

A quick Google search reveals that he said... NOTHING! Not a thing!

Oh, really? Isn't that odd? Not even a photo-op in front of a pile of discarded condoms making a sad clown face?

=====

So let's think about that....

Korea is facing a crisis because of a policy that was pushed on it by the pro-abortion "family planning" forces to reduce its "over-population". The birth rate is low and the population is aging....

Conclusion.... it's pretty safe politically in Korea to make an anti-abortion statement.... especially a sad clown face....

What about contraception? How would an anti-contraception statement be received politically in Korea?

My guess is that Koreans would not be too happy about the pope "intruding into their bedrooms"....

Conclusion... bergoglio is only as pro-life as the average "pro-choice" liberal....

What lessons have we learned here?

- bergoglio is a media craving maniac
- bergoglio is only interested in pro-life issues when it suits his agenda
- bergoglio does not consistently present Catholic teaching to the faithful

.... but you already knew all that by this time. More of the same from bergoglio.... on to the synod on the family to further undermine Catholic doctrine....
